With common services, we have a process down and can charge a standard rate. Some examples of this include:
Screen Replacement
$60 Labor charge for most phones, tablets, and laptops.
We keep replacement screens for all of the popular Apple iDevices and Samsung Galaxy devices in stock. We can order screens for just about anything else, so please do not hesitate to ask!
After labor, the price is dependent on the parts, which depends on the device. Typical part costs will be:
Laptops $40 to $120 for regular screens, and $80 to $240 for touch screens, with MacBooks usually approximately double the price as you must replace the entire screen assembly.
Phones From $40 to $400, with the price going up the newer and higher definition it is.
Tablets Many tablets have two layers: The digitizer (glass layer) is often cheap to replace, $30 to $75, while the LCD (screen layer) - or both if the device has a combined screen - is often $100 to $500.
Battery Replacement
$80 Labor charge for most tablets and phones.
$40 Labor charge for most laptops.
Depending on your device model and battery size, new part costs are typically:
Laptops $40-$100
Phones $20-$40
Tablets $30-$60
We do not charge a service fee for devices with user replaceable batteries, but are happy to order them and install them for you.
Deep Cleaning
$80* Computers, laptops, cell phones, and consoles.
$140 iPhones/iPads

This will address a build-up of dust, dirt, and debris over time, as well as helping with water damage.
Recycling
We are happy to partner with Total Reclaim to offer a local recycling drop-off location.
Total Reclaim is a world leader in recycling electronics and other e-waste, keeping it out of our landfills. Unfortunately, their nearest location is over 30 miles away in south Anchorage.
Eagle River electronics is happy to offer a more convenient way for our local community to keep these things out of our landfills. We collect electronic waste here at our shop for the same recycling fees that Total Reclaim has. That is by weight for most items and devices (different categories have different prices) and by size for things like TVs and monitors.
When we have enough for a full load (usually about 500 pounds), we take it down to their Anchorage location on our own time and at our own expense, and turn over the fees we have collected as payment.
We also recycle all e-waste generated in the shop, such as broken phone screens or old laptop batteries, at our expense with no additional cost to our clients.
